Directshow Playback Error
Hey Guys
I've just done a complete clean re-install of XP and Sage. Format, etc. All my MP4s play fine in Sage using VMR9, PowerDVD for video & audio and Directshow selected as player. FSE mode and 3d acceleration are enabled. Weird thing is that when I convert my recorded TV MPEG2s to high quality MP4s using sage's standard video conversion feature, I get a playback error (sorry, dont have the code on me at the moment) saying Sage cant render the file for playback. When I change the sage player from Directshow to SageTV Player, the playback works fine, no errors. It seems strange to me that sage can't play back its own converted AVIs. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks.
