No video or audio when playing back mp4

Hi everyone,
I am so frustrated. I can't get my home videos(MP4) to run in SageTV. I get a black screen and no audio.
Video and audio both work fine in GraphEdit and MPC-HC using these:
Haali Media Splitter(Video)-> CyberLink H.264/AVC Decoder (PDVD7.x) -> Video Renderer
Haali Media Splitter(Audio)-> ffdshow Audio Decoder -> Default DirectSound Device

1. AVI home video -> demuxed to AVI(Video) and Wav(Audio)
2. Convert AVI(Video) to AVC1 using MeGUI 0.2.6.1046 (Codec x264, File: MP4, AE-Maxquality, Encode interlaced checked)
3. Convert Wav(audio) to mp4a using MeGUI 0.2.6.1046 (Codec ND AAC, File: MPA, NDAAC-HE-64Kbps, ACC Profile = HE-AAC)
4. Mux to MP4 using MeGUI 0.2.6.1046

My sagetv.properties file is attached.

Anyone have any ideas on what to try?

Edit: I also tried an MKV container with the same results (Video is black and no audio)
Edit: I got video! Changed video from overlay to default and viola! Just need audio now.
Edit: I also tried a TS container with MP4 and AC3. Still no audio.
