Feature Request: Advanced Slideshows

The slideshow thing in SageMC is pretty cool. What would make it better is the ability to add pictures to a playlist of sorts. So instead of having it point to a folder, I could (through the interface) just add pictures to a slideshow I create like a playlist. It would be REALLY cool if we could then add some music to it from the music library.

I have no clue how difficult it would be or if it's even possible. I was just thinking about it earlier this week when I was having a birthday party for my son, and we were doing a slideshow of pictures on the big TV through sage and there was a "questionable" picture of my wife in the folder from when my son was born lol. My wife wanted to me.

I ended up creating a new folder for our daughter's birthday party. It's kind of a round about way of doing it, but if you start a music playlist first, then the slideshow, you can get what you are looking for...

You might want to take a look at J River Media Center. It is a separate program and is not free but you can make all kinds of playlists and dynamic smartlists with your music, photos, and videos. You can then play these in Sage with my JRMC import.
