Linux Support for the HVR-1600

I wanted to report with the latest merge of stoth's tree the cx18 driver now supports QAM/ATSC and analog in linux. I am currently using the card for s-video and qam and will be able to comment on issues, etc.

run make && sudo make install (requires kernel source for make menuconfig)

Optionally - run make menuconfig prior to make.
