Need Advice for Hardware Purchase in UK

I am based here in U.S. I am looking to setup a SageTV system along with some ditigal signage solutoins at a branch office we have in the U.K. What is a good vendor to use in order to get the right computer parts, peices, and peripherals suitable for use in the U.K. As this is for business purposes I want to make sure all parts are sourced locally in the U.K. for many reasons including power compliance, VAT compliance, export compliance, etc...

What are the best vendors to use in the U.K.? PC World? Is there a CDW, PC Mall or NewEgg of the U.K.?

PC World? Eew, wouldn't p!ss on them!

Most of the stuff I order from Komplett online. Bought a lot of stuff from them over the years (including my Samsung TV!) and haven't had a problem.

You were lucky. Delays in despatch are often not communicated, they argued the toss with me over faulty parts not being faulty, etc. I still use them on occasion, but you have to be aware of the difficulties...I probably spend around £20,000 per year on business purchases, and only use Scan when no-one else has stock.

I use

www.ebuyer.com
www.scan.co.uk
www.microdirect.co.uk

I've had minor issues with the odd order but nothing that wasn't sorted out in the end.
