Setting up QAM in SageTV

Hi All,

I'm looking for a guide to help with ClearQAM setup in SageTV. Currently, I'm using a M780 dual-tuner from Avermedia, but this guide should be generic for all supported QAM cards by SageTV.

Any help?

Thank you,
Mike

This thread is about setting up with an HVR-1600, but should give you enough info to get it working with any card I would think..hopefully

Thanks, but this guide isn't working. I know there are ClearQAM channels available, but SageTV won't pick them up in the scan. Any other ideas?

Are you using Vista? The system requirements show AverMedia M780 (Windows Vista only) for clear QAM.

Yes, I'm on Vista Home Premium. I had to do it a little differently. I had to choose, "do not use program data" and then run the channel scan. It found channels above 80.
