Hauppauge Remote Stop Working Until Mouse Clicks On App

Hi,

Occasionally my hauppauge 45 button remote will not work. I usually find that it will work again when I click somewhere on the SageTV application window with my mouse (even if it's just the top bar of the application window).

It seems like when the application isn't at the forefront of the windows desktop, the remote won't work. Has anyone seen this issue before? Is there a way to resolve this?

Yes, it is normal for the Hauppauge remote to work only for the app that has focus.

To force it to control SageTV w/o focus, see post 15 of Hauppauge link 3 in my sig lines.
