QAM Question

I am doing yet another scan for clear QAM channels. Is there a way to skip the first 50 channels? Even better, it would be great to only scan the major channels I know I have. Seems like it would be simple to have STV learn the basic channel layout in a household, and give you the option to use that info to speed the scan.

I was able to transfer the scan settings from one computer to another by cutting and pasting the epg information from the sage.properties file. Some channels are not coming in, so I am doing another scan to see if that fixes it, but it takes a LONG time when you are in a hurry.
