6.3.8 Decoder and Encoder problems.
The software encoder problems have not been fixed still get out of Sync. The last version that this worked on was 6.2.10. All releases after this have gotten worse.
The audio on the decoder crackled and hissed on some recordings using the Sage decoders,. I disabled the sage audio decoder used another and audio was fine.
