BigTen Network taking over Fox HD in Chicago!

I currently subscribe to RCN for cable in my apartment, and recently the BigTen network has knocked Fox HD (WFLD-DT) off the QAM channels! I tried to do a channel scan but I can't find WFLD-DT now I'm not sure who to call, since it appears that my building has its own QAM encoder box (the CCTV cameras in the building is being broadcast on a clear QAM channel, and I'm getting A LOT of SD channels in clear QAM as well). If I called tech support, would they even know what QAM is? :P Does anyone else have the same problem? If it helps, my zip is 60610. Fox was on 81-1 for me before this mess started.

Argh.

if you can't find anything about it on the internet, you might ask the super about the recent addition of a multiplexer. <shot in the dark>

The SiliconDust Channel Wiki shows WFLDDT on 74-2.

CableCos reserve the right to mess with you, changing the QAM assignments. The STBs get the updated position changes (remaps) automatically, you don't.

Damn I can't seem to get anything below 81 - both a channel scan and manual entry don't work Looks like I might have to talk to the super or something. Argh.
