720p commercial break navigation problems

I have a HDHR tuner that I use to record digital QAM content. I've having a problem when watching 720p shows where if I "left click" to go to the beginning of the previous commercial break or "right click" to go to the end of the next commercial break the video isn't going to the correct spot. For example, I have a recording of Bones where the first commercial is from 6:50 (6 min 50 sec) to 9:20. If I right click, the timebar shows I'm at 9:20 but in reality the video is at 9:00. FF and RW skips work fine so the timeline of the mpeg file appears to be ok.

I'm using SageMC but I see the same problem with the default gui and the "Comskip Playback" plugin. I don't see this problem on 1080i recordings from the same tuner so I don't think it is a tuner issue. I tried Video Redo's Quickstream Fix and the reflagged the commercial breaks but that didn't make any difference.

Any ideas what could be causing this? It doesn't seem like a timeline issue in the mpeg because FF/RW work, it doesn't seem like a tuner problem because my 1080i recordings from the same tuner are fine, and it doesn't seem like a sagemc problem since left/right click work fine in other recordings.

There are a couple posts about this. It appears to be a bug and a couple people are working on providing logs to Sage for analysis.

Just to confirm. I have the same problem from OTA. And its not tuner specific as a I have an ATI and Hauppage tuner.
