To upgrade or not to upgrade

I am looking for some advice regarding whether to upgrade to v6.x on my server... I am currently running v5.0.3.1 Linux OEM (on Gentoo, 3 tuners) with no issues whatsoever... very stable platform driving 3 placeshifters and 3 PC-based clients. A few months ago I tried v6.1 and found some stability issues, so I reverted rather quick before the natives became too restless. I would, however, like to take advantage of some of the new features and am looking for some empirical data as to who is running 6.x successfully and what version seems to be the cleanest.

Any help is appreciated.

I would wait until 6.2 is released, but I am running 6.2.8 now. I started my switch to Linux from Windows with 6.2.5, so I am not too sure about issues under 6.1.

Overall 6.2.8 is running well. I have an issue that nobody else is complaining about related to Dynamic Menus. Other than that, everything is working the way it has been designed. I have a few frustrations with the Linux platform though.

i went with 6.2.8 a few days ago and have been quite pleased... very impressive release, no stability problems as of yet. well done sage.
