Trouble with reprogrammed DirecTV in my Apartment

I just moved into my new apartment, where they decided to go with DirecTV instead of normal cable. To accomplish this, instead of giving each room a box or two, they somehow descrambled the channels and reprogrammed them to channels 2-47. I was wondering if there is any way I can get the DirecTV programming and reassign the data to the relevant channels?

Yeah, just pick DirecTV as your provider, then remap the channels from their defaults to where they are on your system, and disable the ones you don't get.
