Upgrade looks nice but fails for me

I upgraded to the new 2.4.6 beta and now I can't play back anything everything gives me the playback exception error. So I guess its back to 6.1.9 until this thing is finalized

If you expect your issue to be fixed in the final release, you might want to submit a bug report on it.

I would but I'm not exactly sure whats causeing it I've seen this error many times in the past but it usually just went something was screwy and I needed to restart but that didn't really fix the issue here

actually im sorry for blaming sage it seems that there is just something wrong with my computer it happens with every version of sage that I have tried its weird too because everthing works fine in media player its just sage that can't play anything back

I think th problem came from intalling the latest radion drivers thats all I can come up with I have made it work again but only if I turn the 3d acceleration off which has ALWAYS worked since the beginning of time for me

ok there is more happening here than i initially thought does the new beta install any directx directshow filters or anything because i can't enable 3d acceleration I can't see playedback youtube or google videos, nor can I watch my movie trailers

You might want to try the Omega drivers for your vidcard. The site also has a nice driver-cleaning utility to get rid of broken remnants of old drivers.
