Problem recording tv
I set my Sage for the first time a couple of days but have yet to successfully record a program using the favorites. I added just one program to the favorites area. The instructions say that once I add a program to favorites, I should see that under the "View Recording Schedule". I do not and today at 5pm when the program was supposed to record, it did not. So what is wrong. Why doesn't the one program in my favorites, show up in the recording schedule? Please help. Thanks.

Strange, when I changed the First Runs/Reruns to First Runs and ReRuns, it shows up in the Recording Schedule even though it is new every day. It is a business show called Fast Money on CNBC. Strange. Well, we'll see if it works.

If the program guide doesn't flag it as a first run (which it typically doesn't for daily news programs), then Sage won't know it's new and won't record it as a first-run favorite. It can only go by what's in the EPG data. Nothing strange about that.
