Random favorites not recording

I have two SageTV servers at home with different hardware and they are both missing some of my favorite recordings. The recordings were scheduled to record, then when I go back to watch them they aren't there. Number of tuners is not an issue as there are no conflicts. There are recordings immediately before or after that recorded and it is not the same program every time. Monday, Heroes didn't record on one server. Tuesday, House didn't record on the other server. Wednesday, everything recorded. Thursday, The Office didn't record. I have essentially 6 tuners on one server(2 HD, and 2 PVR-500 dual tuners) and 3 tuners on the other(2 Vbox 150's and 1 PVR-350) Anyone else having this issue?

If this FAQ doesn't cover why a Favorite isn't recorded, then this one will enable debug logging so it would be possible to find out what the scheduler is doing or why the recordings got missed or deleted. Maybe there is a problem with tuners & their recordings are corrupt, so they get deleted.

I just got bit by this tonight. had the coke 600 actually in the schedule at 5pm along w/ the 6pm news and 2 eps of Battlestar Galactica. left the house for awhile and came back to the last 23 laps in the race to find the race didn't record. I have 4 analog tuners + 2HD. Even with the padding I went through it in my head and used at most 3 IF the race had recorded.

Race shows up w/ a white border, has first run status, so does the favorite, and it was on the correct channel/timeslot. It was even showing in upcoming recordings on the main screen.
