Question No Volume Control For Recorded Programs

I haven't been able to figure this problem out. My volume control works fine for live tv viewing through sage 6, but when I'm watching a recorded show, all I'm able to do is mute, and the sage volume is stuck on full.

I'm using an MCE2 remote if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any help or advice you're able to give!

Angry Same here

I am having the same problem. Volume is set all the way down. I can hear the sound track from the show but can't control it from sage. Can adjust the volume through Windows Vista control panel though.

I am using Vista Ultimate, and during playback the volume is set to the minimum and I am unable to move the volume settings. I can adjust the volume through the Vista settings, but it involves turning up the system volume and cranking up the speakers.

Found the problem!

It is the AC3 option. I did what the above said and I was able to now change the volume through Sage TV.
