How Do I Record Repeat of Favorite?
I had a problem the other day that required me to restart my server. Unfortunately, I did not realize that SageTV was recording a show from one of my favorites.
I have a favorite set up to record all episodes (new and repeat) of a series. Once the server came back online, SageTV picked up the recording. However, I deleted it because of the missing parts. I know SageTV is smart in that it will not record the same episode twice, but in this case, I want it to. Is there a way to do this? |

If the episode you deleted was not marked as 'Watched' then sage should pick it up for recording the next time it is aired.

Somebody should confirm this; since you didn't mark the recording as watched, Sage will record it again next time it airs.

I was hoping that was the answer!
So SageTV does do some "checking" as to what is currently on the hard drive too, I suppose? Since many of the shows for this series I haven't watched yet (or set to watched), and Sage hasn't recorded a single duplicate. Man I love SageTV! |
