HD Homerun - No Tuner to Select

OK, I must be overlooking something. I received my HDHR Friday and downloaded all the soft/firmware and installed it, so everything is up to date. Using the GUI/VLC things are great, wonderful picture. I have the SageTV Homerun manager running and configured (Tuner shows "not connected"), start SageTV and try to add the tuner, but the only choice is my PVR-150, no HDHR. To eliminate conflicts the firewall has been turned off.

I have been through the instructions several times, and now I am convinced that I am ignoring the obvious! What little sentance/instruction am I always skipping over?

Did you start the SageTV Homerun before SageTV? If SageTV is running when you start SageTV Homerun, it can cause problems. Have you remapped the channels in SageTV yet, if not that could also be your problem. I also got my Homerun on Friday and it is running great with SageTV but the lack of documentation for the Homerun tools is frustrating.

Found it! I had the SageTV services running. I stopped the services and then configured the SageTV Homerun Manager, then started the services again. Bingo - when I went back into the setup the tuner was there!!! The documentation is pretty slim, but with a little detective work and the help of this forum, the bleeding edge does not hurt that much. Many thanks.
