MVP vs. HDTV content

(Don't know if this is the right thread, maybe hardware?)

I'm wondering about STV MediaExtender and the future (HDTV) - it only has SVideo and Composite out, right?

is about this, but then it all drifts away, since his TV doesn't support HDMI or DVI...
I'm about to buy a MVP, but maybe it's more safe to go for a PC, or has Sage announced a better MVP, like Pinnacle s200 (has a LOT more output alternatives!)

Aah, thanks! (It's nice with internal linking, since I'm having hard times finding things)
So, after "scanning" 10 pages, I'm found a lot of interesting posts here and there, and I've decided to wait and hope for an early shipping
I mean, Q2 means april, doesn't it...?
