If you have a v5 key, you don't need an upgrade key.
However, some of the v5 keys purchased from PCAlchemy were accidentally sent out as v4 keys instead. If that is your situation, continue to follow-up with PCAlchemy to get your upgrade key from them. - Andy

I'm in the same situation regarding the upgrade keys. Guess I'll shoot them an email, I hope they are responsive.

I believe that in this case, PCAlchemy sent the wrong keys, and as the end seller, they are responsable (and also they know exactly when the sale date was to confirm that it was after V5 keys should have been issued).

I sent an email and received a response within 15 mins. All I did was reply to the sales@pcalchemy.com with my key info.
