Were you getting sound glitches as well, or only video?

make sure that your aspect ratio sizes are set to 100% or greater. if i set mine down to say 98% to get as much of the pic as possible on the screen then it's judder city.

Only video glitches with the nVIDIA decoder (Sage or WMP). I read on AVS that people were staying with .185 instead of .196 or .223 for various reasons. Since MPC doesn't use the nVIDIA decoder, I try'd .177 as a hunch...looking good so far.

What's funniest about all this is that like so many other people I'm able to watch my recorded HD programs in zoom player(using Nividia decoders) or MPC without a glitch. Only when I watch in Sage does it stutter(on VMR-- fine on overlay). My SD video looks noticably crappier in overlay than VMR. Yet for the stable playback I have to leave it in overlay. PITA |
