Downgrading?
I've saved the folders from previous builds...except 4.1.7. If I uninstall 4.1.8 and install 4.1.7, will it pickup the wiz.bin, properties, and .xml STV from 4.1.8?
Thanks, P |

I have noticed with each new release things just don't seem to be stable. Twice yesterday it locked up on me when i tried to watch recorded movies. I am now seriously thinking about going back to v2.28 EVERYthing worked for me with that ver. I am just scared that one day i will be demoing and boom its locked up. Please sageTV programmers, please give us a stable version.

The problem with going backwards & still using a newer file is that there is always the chance that something changed which causes the old version to be unable to use things such as the newer STV and wiz.bin files. I don't think there were any changes like that between v4.1.7 & .8, but I'm not 100% sure. - Andy
