Why does the list look like this

Can someone tell me why sometimes on some listing it looks like this? Please look at the attached image especially line #3 and how it flows over to line #4. It’s like some random ghost image or something at different times. Am I missing a driver or something needs to be turned on.
BTW, i am using Hapauge 500MCE, VMR9 and 3D Enabled.

VMR9 with watched bars enabled does this when video is playing.

I thought this bug was found and supposedly fixed for 4.1.5 according to this:

are you running 4.1.5 cenwesi?

Yep running the latest. I even uninstalled 4.1.4.

happens to me2 on 4.1.5 (had not noticed that it was supposed to be fixed... Will post my findings on the old thread)
