Sage Media Refresh
Taken from the feature request thread, and posted below.
Basically, if sage is already doing this, is there a way to control the frequency of udates? Can i check when the last refresh was done? Orig Post: Quote:

I think he means refreshing the imported media library, not the EPG.
I have never looked into how often the library refreshes itself or if there is a property that affects that. But, I believe the imports should automatically refresh at some point. If I copy a new video to an import dir, it will show up in SageTV sometime - forcing a refresh just tells it to do so 'right now'. If things don't refresh properly either way (thumbnails, imported fiels, etc), then there is a problem. Edit: Quote:

you could use NTFILEMON from www.sysinternals.com to monitor when sage reads from the vid lib too see when it scans it...
