PVR 150 (PAL) doesn't work with SageTV

I Have a PAL PVR150 that works fine with winTV and with mediaportal. If i try and use it in sage (S-video input) it crashes sage. I have latest hauppage drivers (316) and have tried sage 2.1 and 2.2.4. None of this fixes it. If I tell sage that my video is in NTSC it doesn't crash, although video is horribly jerky and in black and white.
It looks like sage doesn't support the hauppage 150 in PAL, is this going to be fixed anytime soon? I just bought a 150 to replace my dead 250 because it says sage supports this.

I was going to suggest filing a bug report for this, but it looks like some people did already in this thread for 150 + PAL issues: PVR150 Problems.
