SVID -> RCA (composite) dongle/converter
My 350 came with a little S-vid -> RCA adapter, but because I did my config / learning curve in two sections, I forgot I had it and tried to buy one first. I came up with SHS's pinout, and a stupid "media switch" that purported to convert Svid to composite but didn't work.
For now I'm fine, but in future I think I may need another one of these little converters. Is anyone using more than one of these, and where can you buy them???? thanks Cory |

I don't use them, but they are commonly available... eg:http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...5Fid=15%2D1238

Hi Nielm,
thanks muchly for the link. I actually did visit radioshack, and they couldn't even confirm the existence of such a thing for me when I visited. Then another a/v electronics store saddled me with the video switcher much appreciated, thanks for posting Cory |

buy a high quality one
most of the cheap ones come out black and white when you try to use them |

LOOK HERE for some that are better than the radio shack version, and a TON LESS!!!!
I used these to convert RCA to SVID for my Home Theatre system cause all I had was S-vid inputs. (When I had a VCR) The quality is great, gold plated (pic does not do them justice). I will never pay ratshacks inflated prices!! (Their 30-40% off sales are closer to everyones elses price!)
