Can I have two(USB2.0 and PCI) Hauppauge PVRs in one computer?

I have hauppauge's USB 2.0 PVR connected to my computer and I recently came into the PVR 250 PCI version. I would like to install both in the same computer and record two different programs simultaneously. I am wondering if this can be done and if so can someone please help me out?

Thanks for any suggestions and recommendations. I have the latest version of SageTV (downloaded form their site 2 weeks ago) installed.

I have had no problem using multiple PVR-250s and USB2 recorders at the same time. The only issue that I had was that the audio record levels seemed to differ between the two, but I think that is the problem with the USB2 tuners (I currently have three USB2 tuners and there is an audio level difference between them, as well).

The audio level difference may depend on which drivers you are using. I have 2 - 250's and a USB2 and they are pretty close in volume. I also have a Roslyn that the volume is way to high on compared to the 250's or USB2.
