Java - Java Crypto?

My Schedules Direct stopped updating and they are suggesting that I update Java Crypto Libraries (connection error 403). I am running Java 8.211b12. I stopped there to stay compatible with Sage but sage seems to be doing updates to catch up with Java.

What is the current target java version for sage?

Can I update just the crypto libraries -- if so, how ;-)).

Thank you! (And for keeping it running. Amazing )

I am wonder if they are referring to the unlimited setting in the security policy of Java?

I would have thought that the Java version you are using already has the unlimited policy files as part of the install.
Look in your Java installation folder for the "unlimited" folder
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_191\lib\security\policy

If that is not there, then you will need to download the the Unlimited strength policy files from here: https://www.oracle.com/java/technolo...downloads.html

https://www.baeldung.com/jce-enable-unlimited-strength

My install of Java 8.191 has the unlimited policy files and just required to be enabled by changing the "java.security" to enable "unlimited".

I am hoping that helps.

Michael
