CMT is marking Watched shows as Unwatched

Have a Show, in the past used CMT to update some info/metadata and it created a <show>.properties file
(Show has been moved to NAS and in Import Directory folder)

I Watch the show, and it now has a Watched icon.

I perform a Scan Files (refresh of Import directories)

Show is now marked Unwatched.

After a bunch of digging, it looks like the <show>,properties file isn't being updated and so the CMT X-Watched=false is making the Show Unwatched (or at least that is my guess)

WAF has taken a nose-dive since she discovered this.

It's not CMT that is doing it. SageTV will import metadata from whatever is in the properties files

CMT does create properties files, but does not include the properties

I don't know what triggers the creation of those
