Getting 'Missing Recordings' Messages' regularly after running Repair on Server

After running a 'repair' on my server install to try to resolve 'spinning circle' issues I am now getting regular messages about Missing Recordings. As far as I can see the recordings are physically there (and are listed and available in the Recordings menu). I will delete the error messages each morning and there are numerous repeat messages each night. Does anyone have an idea why this would happen? I have run Repair on both client and server installs in the past and have never had this issue.

My guess would be failing storage. Can you you play these recordings outside of Sage?
