Alter Contrast and Saturation

I have SageTV V9 64-Bit on Win10 with a Colossus and HDMI Splitter. I also have WinTV and NextPVR installed. Compared to the latter two, SageTV seems to lack some contrast and saturation, and seems to have a warmer/brownish patina. Images from WinTV and NextPVR are nearly identical to one another and have more punch, so I know it's not the Colossus. The picture is acceptable, but just not as impressive as those other programs. Isn't there any way to alter the brightness, contrast, hue and saturation levels in V9. You used to be able to edit the values for those variables in the sage.properties file in V6 and I think V7, but it has no effect in V9. I only have Sage installed on my local computer; I don't use it as a server. Since WinTV, NextPVR and PowerDVD appear great, I don't want to get into modifying my monitor settings.

I’m pretty sure that if you go to the setup video sources screen in Sage, you get the options to adjust contrast, brightness, etc (provided the capture device you are looking at is one that actually re-encodes video, like the Colossus - you won’t get those options for tuners that save digital stream directly like HD homerun).

I think I remember when you set up the first time there being controls, but then I remember not seeing them after it was set up. I will check it out again.
