Guide not populating anymore
Hi Everyone,
Long time Sage user....finally met my match. I've always been able to resolve things with google and this forum but I am stumped. Setup: Win 10 x64 Sage 9.2.1.826 64 bit HD HomeRun 3 tuner (all connected via Ethernet) schedules direct Last night I saw all these recording conflicts on my system. I checked resolve conflicts and saw nothing conflicting with the recordings. I then went into the guide and only saw 6 channels out of usual 200 or so. I checked the HD HomeRun, and it was online and ok. Did a channel detect for the hell of it, and it seemed good. I then tried to force an EPG update (de-selected a channel, finish source setup- re-add the channel, etc) This is shown in the system status log but the guide is never updated. I can tune a channel but the guide is not populated (except for the 6 random channels) I also tried: rebooting a few times delete the sdmd5* files removing these from properties - 'server_update_id' or 'expanded_until' in them removed and re-added the sources (few times) checked for this - epg/epg_import_plugin (Nothing in there) I've attached my debug log (I'm pretty sure correct log) Please let me know if you need more info, logs, etc. Anyway....any help would be much appreciated from a tired guy that just wants to watch some football today instead of dealing with the guide Thanks, Jeff Edit - added log from HDHomeRun Last edited by jeffinpa; 11-18-2019 at 05:17 PM. Not the answer you want to hear, but I don't see any issues with the guide data coming in. However, I do see lines like this "SDEPG Importing up to 95 airings across 3 stations for 2019-11-18..." which likely means that Schedules Direct is only providing guide data for 3 stations on your lineup. You may need to check with them on why you're not seeing the full lineup.
