Cleanest way to ad multiple Colossus cards to same VM?
I have a networked sage instance (Win Server 2012 r2 VM inside UNRAID) set up to feed a Hauppauge Colossus 2 card to the UNRAID sagetv docker. I have attempted a couple times to add a second card back into the mix, but both times it either froze or disappeared from the VM (but not from UNRAID system devices). I also installed it in a standalone Win10 box where it worked perfectly for several days just to see if the card was fauly.
I recall from years ago that there used to be a special Hauppauge dance you had to do to get multiple cards to play nice, like wiping the old drivers and installing both at once, running a special "clear" exe, etc. What's the best practice nowadays to have multiple cards up and running (already successfully passing through to the VM?
I am already successfully passing through, but system devices looks like this:
IOMMU group 15: [1b21:1142] 04:00.0 USB controller: ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1042A USB 3.0 Host Controller
IOMMU group 15: [1b21:1142] 02:00.0 USB controller: ASMedia Technology Inc. ASM1042A USB 3.0 Host Controller
Any issue here?
