Hauppauge Colossus 2 not detected
I run Sage x64 as service v9.2.1. Tried to run without Service an the Hauppauge Colossus 2 is not seen any more. When I started using Sage the Service would crash so I ran without Service but I would occasionally get a crash in Sage &/or Java. I tolerated this for a while and then found that Service would start without crashing so ran under Service. The UI would still occasionally crash but I could restart Sage and not lose current recordings. So have run under Service ever since. Now trying to run without Service and find the Colossus 2 is no longer detected properly in 64 bit or 32 bit it appears. This looks suspicious, don't know if this is just a logging problem or indicates something real.

OK, Thanks for looking. Strange that Colossus 2 is only seen in Add New Source when in Service mode.

Thanks for the heads up. Remember reading of problems after Win 10 update that required Camera permissions for some tuners to work properly. Win 10 update .1803 added select able Camera permissions for user privacy. I turned ON Camera permissions in Settings : Privacy : Camera : Allow Apps to access your camera. Now the Colossus 2 is shown in Add New Source. Now I can run without Service Mode on and have full use of the USB-UIRT and remote for both transmit & receive until a solution for Service mode is found. I wonder if the problem with the USB-UIRT in Service mode with Win 10 is not also some permission setting since it has been confirmed to work in Win 7.
