Updates for SageTCPServer or MediaStreaming (used by Mobile Web and other Plugins)

SageTCPServer and MediaStreaming are plugins developed and hosted on 'talluscorp' by Fonceur. The domain for talluscorp is no longer valid.

I've rebuild these plugins the sources that are available and rehosted them on bintray, so that installing the Sage Mobile Web will not fail. What I can't promise is that these are the the actual lastest versions of these plugins (althought they should be really close if not).

I've verified that I can install Jetty, Sage Web, Mobile Web, SageTCP Server, BMT, sagex apis, and these all install and appear to work when I navigate tot their respective URLs. (That's as much testing that I've done, but that's better than the alternative, which iwas, some/all of these could not be installed because of dependencies that were no longer valid).

I've also rehosted the sources on github.

I spent more time on this than I would have liked, but, hopefully this helps people trying to setup fresh installs that rely on these plugins.

I've also removed the System.exit() commands from SageTCPServer, so, it should no longer abort the sagetv process if it encounters an error.

Thank you for doing this! These plugins are a critical part of my SageTV setup, and I’m sure they are for many others as well.
