trouble-tickets at Schedules Direct
I opened two trouble-tickets at Schedules Direct for lineup issues but didn't get a qualified response, beside an automatic one, in the space of 32 hours. Maybee because I'm dealing with some unusual stuff (ZZZ-19.2E-DEFAULT -> Astra 19.2E). What kind of experience have you made ?
