OpenDCT / SageTV Startup Order Important?

Whenever I reboot my unRAID server it seems like SageTV does not recognize the HDHR Prime tuners. If I restart the SageTV docker it seems to fix things. I haven't dug into it too much and don't have logs, but curious if one needs to make sure that OpenDCT starts (and has time to initialize) before SageTV starts? Shouldn't SageTV handle tuner availability changes?

There is an awesome plugin called Docker Autostart Manager that adds a section to the Docker tab and allows you to arrange the startup and start order of all your Dockers.
I have my vpn Docker start first before other dockers that rely on that one to function.
Check it out. Have your DCT start first and move the Sage down the list under it.
You can even specify a wait time for each Docker program.

I'm curious if that is expected to be required or if something else is off with my setup.
