HD200 extenders can't find the server

Upgraded from v7 to v9 on XP. I needed to upgrade the Installer Service using this link, and ignore the failed registration of STVEVRPrstr.dll, but no other errors. HD200 extenders couldn't find the server afterwards, but allowing ports UDP 31100 and TCP 31099 in Windows Firewall fixed that. Next tried to run the client on the server but got a JVM error. Changed the JVM max heap size in the registry from 400 to 300, rebooted server, now client runs fine on server. HDHR Prime with cable card, PrimNetEncoder, Schedules Direct, Dirmon2, Comskip, Sage Webserver, all working great. Thank you guys for making the upgrade so smooth from an old OS.
