Schedule direct - only 6 days deep?

Due to the shutdown of EPG I installed the latest Win version of SageTV 9 and subscribed to Schedule Direct.
However, I am only getting guide for next 6 days, not 14 as I used to get with the original EPG.
What should I do to extend the guide to 14 days?

Thanks

Did you reconfigure the sources to use the Schedules Direct in sage? It sounds like it is still just using the data it already had from the Sage EPG on July 1st, which would run out to the 15th or 16th or so.

Typical data from Schedules Direct would actually be around 21 days.

Thanks for reply. It started to work after couple of hours. I probably did not give it enough time.

There is another quirk. On the list of recorded shows, in the upper right corner I used to see a picture from the show or a poster in case of a movie. Now I see just a logo of the channel the show was recorded from. Is that an intentional change between version 7 and 9?

Not so much a change between 7 and 9, so much as a change in what is available from the various providers, I think.

Couldn't this also be a Fanart setting or configuration option in the UI?

Working on the assumption that he's using the default UI, so this is not fanart related. From memory, I believe the default UI will display a generated thumbnail if the show is already recorded, or the EPG provided show image if available, or if not, it will display the channel logo.

Long time user of this FLAWLESS piece of software!

Just did the V9 Upgrade and Schedules Direct switch. It was pretty easy, kudos to the v9 writers and SD peeps. I had to fiddle a bit, but I didn't need to remove tuners, just changed the EPG from the tuner detail page. At first I still had only up to July17, then after fiddling, I only had 4 channels in the Guide (LOL!) and after a 3rd time of going through each tuner, I have all channels up to (now) July 23rd (I have Sage set to show 14 days, the max, in the Advanced options). The 23rd is only 12 days though - is a 21 day forecast for SD correct? Anyway to make Sage show 21 days out?

Thanks!

It should get there on it's own within an hour or two.

That's exactly how it worked before upgrade to 9. Now there are channel logos only.
Should I regenerate thumbnails somehow?
