Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703)

I got the notice that my SageTV Version 9 computer running Windows 10 has the latest Creators Update (Version 1703) ready to install.

Have there been any issues with this update for SageTV or Ceton InfiniTV 4 tuners?

Thanks,
Chuck

I have an InfiniTV6 PCIe and it's working fine with the update.

I installed the creators update on one of my computers (not my sage server) and it changes a few things. If you use the old control panel it will no longer be accessable by right clicking the start button. There is a hack to get it back that you can install, but you will access it from the desktop and not the start button. Installing the creators edition also changed some of my other setting but I don't remember exactly which ones. After I got all my setting back it seems to work just fine.

Thanks for the info. I didn't notice the control panel thing until you mentioned it, however I already had a shortcut on my desk top for Admin type things, so I access it from their anyway.

Also, the shortcut that pointed to CMD now points to Powershell.

This comment won't make sense until you go to looking to run a BAT or .CMD file (yes, I still have some of those).

I run Win 10 Pro and use Group Policies to tame (or try) Windows update. I now notice extra verbiage in the windows update panel saying "some settings are controlled elsewhere" or something similar. I forget the exact wording. I have not yet noticed any difference in functionality, but I'm not currently doing much work on Windows, other than using it.
