Schedules Direct "No Data" issue

I switched to Schedules Direct today on all of my tuners and all looked well. Upon further investigation, I noticed that there are 5 channels that have "No Data" after 8pm EST on June 25th. All other channels have data all the way out to July 7th.

Not sure if it matters, but the channels are:
ESPN
FS2
ABC
NBC
Universal
This is all from Comcast on a cable card tuner.

Is there something I need to do?

Thanks,
Chuck

If they all have station ID's, you'll want to force an EPG refresh one more time and if that completes without pulling in anything new, you'll want to place a ticket with Schedules Direct.

Where do I look for station ID's?

Also, there is data for those channels until June 25th. So, wouldn't that mean everything is ok, if not, then why am I getting data until then.
Just confusing.
Thanks for the help!

Attached is a screenshot of 3 of the 5 channels. Are the station ID's, what is below the channel #?

I've forced a refresh a couple of times already but no difference. It is just odd those channels have guide data prior to that date and time.

Thanks for the help,
Chuck

FYI: I got a note from DirecTV that NBC Universal is shutting down UniversalHD channel on the 14th of July so even if you get back your Universal channel it will only matter until then anyway.

When you're looking at the channels on the screen where you can enable/disable them (Channel Setup), you'll notice a field that says ID: next to Station:. If that's not 0, you have a station ID. It seemed like a lot of people already knew this, so I generally just throw the direction out there and wait for someone to ask where's that.

I also didn't realize that you were talking about No Data on a future date. Try deleting sdmd5sched and force another update.

Thanks for that info, I wasn't aware of that but I didn't really watch it hat much anyway. Probably will just disable it now.

Thanks for all your help.
I didn't notice that before, but they do all have station ID's.

However, it fixed itself. When I first posted this question, I had all channels, but those, out to July 7th. It had been at least an hour and then I checked again and saw those channels having no data. I check to make sure the epg download was done, which it was since it said the next update was going to be about 23 hours later. So that is when I then forced updates, probably at least 3 times, and they never populated. I also checked this morning to see if it had changed but they still said no data after the 25th of June. So, I forced another update and now they are populated.

I'm not sure why it wasn't working before but at least it is now.

Thanks again for all of your help,
Chuck

No problem. It might have been a data feed issue on the Schedules Direct side of things all along.

It may have been but and I don't know what the issue is/was for them but it seemed odd to me that I had data for ESPN2 but not ESPN.

It seems ok now, so that is the main thing.
Again, thanks for the help!
