Comskip ini files

As I have said in a couple of other post, I have not messed with my setup for several years and I am rusty at finding things. Any how, can anyone tell me where to set the per channel ini files. I have several ini files for different channels and I know comskip is using them because when I look at the log file I am seeing different ini files being used. I have searched and read a lot of post on this forum and I have looked thru a lot of the sage and sage comskip files, but cannot find where I am assigning a particular ini file to a certain channel. I have found my ini folder with all of the different ini files.
Thanks
Wayne

That would depend on what you are using to launch comskip. SJQ was the older 'advanced' way, while CommercialDetector was a more specific simpler method.

Then you'd get to the setting in Installed Plugins -> General -> CommercialDetector -> Configure Plugin

I do not see any where to set multiple channels to use different ini's in the commercial detector menu. Here is the part of the log off of world news tonight recording tonight. And below that is one for 2 broke girls Monday night with a waneDT.ini And also below that tonight Speechless on abc with a abcDT.ini. I remember adding these all in somewhere several years ago. Also see the attachment for all of the ini's I am using.
Thanks
Wayne

Here is the information from the CommercialDetector wiki:

Quote:
Per-Show or Per-Channel .ini Files

If you want to use custom .ini files on a per-show or per-channel basis, put the .ini files in the /SageTV/CommercialDetector/comskip directory. (This is not the same directory where comskip.exe is installed. comskip.exe is installed in the SageTV/comskip directory.)

The plugin will first look for a .ini file with a name that matches the Show name of the recording WITH ALL SPACES REMOVED. So if the name of the recorded show is "House Hunters", the plugin will look for HouseHunters.ini. Note that on linux systems the name is case sensitive.

If no .ini file is found that matches the title of the recorded show the plugin will look for a .ini file with a name that matches the channel name. So if the recording is from "MILI" the plugin will look for MILI.ini. Note that on linux systems the name is case sensitive.

If no .ini file is found that matches the Show name or channel name, the default .ini file will be used.

Thank you!
That is what I was looking for. After doing a ton of searching and reading. I did not think about the Wiki page.
Thanks
