Is it possible to have the CLI version of Handbrake added to SageTV docker

It's pegged at 100%, but it is running at a lower priority than the recording processes, so it's using the leftover processor slices. Shouldn't affect it at all, and in my mind, I'd rather the work be done while the drives are already spun up and the cpu is already wide awake doing the recording than keep those things active at a time when they otherwise could be sleeping or at least lower power states.

If that's the case maybe not a big deal - but is it lower than all the UI processes also?

Pretty sure it runs at idle priority, so yes. (And when streaming to placeshifter, it runs at belownormal priority, which is the next step up, so it will still take priority over other idle tasks like comskip, but less than the main sagetv process which is doing the recording.)
