Acronis True Image hogging Hauppauge remote control keys

Going thru the reinstall / update to v.9, and have my Hauppauge remote working fine with SageTV except for one thing: Acronis True Image seems to have hogged or stolen the command for skip backward (CTRL + F7)
Is this fixed by uninstalling True Image, editing the irremote.ini file, or reprogramming in Detailed Setup / Commands?
I tried the later, but didn't get anywhere.

UPDATE: so, I uninstalled Acronis True Image, and voila, regained control of skip bkwd key. Can't explain that one

apparently, neither can anyone else. I sure have a lot of 'me only' problems. Must be my cats mucking things up.

Apparently, Acronis is getting "catty" about using the remote .

I typically don't install Acronis and just boot from the CD (or USB key) to create or restore images. Not as convenient as installing it, but it makes it more portable and since I only image the OS drive, it usually doesn't take very long.
