how to stop docker?

I'm just playing with a docker install to see what works, what doesn't, etc.

I am used to shutting down my linux sage install with sudo ./stopsage which does a graceful stop.

Do I just shutdown the sage docker via the docker GUI? I can't imagine that it does a graceful stop, but not having seen widespread reports of borked wiz.bin's, I assume that this is OK?

Pretty sure it actually does a graceful stop. I've only used this method and have had zero issues.
