HRHomeRun Prime Tuner Bad?

Can a single tuner go bad on a HDHomeRun Tuner? The last couple of shows that have tried to record on a specific tuner have been failed due to capture device failure.

Where should I start looking?

I have had a few times where the cable card in my Prime simply lost its authorization. You can tell by going into the diagnostic page for your prime. Cycling power by unplugging and replugging the power cord usually fixes it. On one occasion I had to redo the channel scan in the HDHR prime software before I could tune certain channels in Sage (I am still using SageDCT, so that behavior of requiring a rescan may be different if using OpenDCT or something else).

Finally had some time to troubleshoot.

It seems that one of the Primes lost half of my channel lineup. (That is why is worked some of the time.)

I re-scanned the channels on the Prime and it seems to be working fine now.
