I have the newest version of play on I have tried the playon plugin but it does not seem to can you point me in the right direction to get this to work

Try the UPNP plugin. It was designed for sage 9 and playon.

ok it is working now thanks this is fantastic I can stop looking for a replacment for my beloved Sagetv!!
