As far I can tell yes 4.9 seem ok but it just to bad I can't get the quadHD Tuner to work in Windows nor Linux under SageTV no thank to CableONE petty now encrypting all their signals but one channel oh my god it the Weather Channel LoL and only WinTV see it and works as it see that one open channel but SageTV doesn't see it at all and so far I had no luck with ME-TV nor Kaffeine they see the card as far I can tell doesn't seem support QAM scan do know of any that Linux TV app that support QAM tuning ? that like ME-TV or Kaffeine.

Any update to this for a Windows installation? Like the idea of 4 tuners on one card.

If someone posts a log from trying to use one of these on Windows there's a chance I might be able to figure it out. Some of these were as simple as registry settings that need to be added to make this kind of stuff work.

SageTV only see
Hauppauge WinTV-WinTV 885 TS Capture
Hauppauge WinTV-WinTV 885 TS Capture 2

I sent the logs a long time ago for the WinTV dualHD Tuner and if I recall right you said Qian was dealing with everything relating to windows side of thing so I'm assuming that was going to be the same*with quadHD tuner

from the logs
Device detecting->:{71985F48-1CA1-11d3-9CC8-00C04F7971E0}
Device found--'Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD ATSC Tuner'
Device found--'Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD ATSC Tuner 2'
Which list under the BDA Source Filers

Other then that SageTV only see Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD TS Capture which listed under BDA Receiver Components which has as one 1 listing
I think all other DVR are using just looking at the BDA Source Filers

Plugged it into the Ubuntu system I just built, and Sage doesn't even recognize it at all in 16.04.2.

But I did find this while digging for other options for Linux driver support.

Linux support available (please contact Hauppauge support for Linux drivers)
Which I'm now pursuing. We'll see what develops, probably just get pointed to something running Linux Kernel 4.9, but maybe not.

Check out a possible solution by JustFred at https://forums.sagetv.com/forums/sho...t=62943&page=3

as to how to get the QuadHD tuner and the DualHD tuner working if you want a possible solution to try using version 9 and a new dll that fixed the problem for me.
