PlexMedia Server and Sage Scanner
Is anyone here that has Plex Media Server installed also using the SageTV / TV-Movie Scanner as well? I installed it initially as it seemed to help with correct metadata I believe.
However, I just checked my Plex Media Server\Logs dir, and there's a log titled "sageplex_scanner.log" which has ballooned to over 15gb's!!! Any idea if that can just be deleted? 15gb's is 15% of my SSD boot drive. The Plex scanner logs seem to be taking up much less.

I don't have such problems with it. Have you looked at the logs to try and determine why they are so large?

It was zero when I initially looked at it. Now it's about 1MB. Each of the five numbered old backups are about 5MB each.

Had you tried a different text editor like Notepad++ or Sublime Text? Notepad itself doesn't like overly large files.

I'll try one of those. After copying to a different drive, I deleted the offending log file. Plex seems to be running ok without it.

Is the new one growing quickly? try looking at it for an issue.
